Two nights before the scheduled shoot, after spending a full week in rehearsals, Queen Elizabeth II died and filming had to be postponed. Everyone had to be paid anyway, including shop owners and crew, and production insurance did not cover losses due to the death of a monarch. Producers had to raise additional funds to film the sequence, which was filmed five months later.
