The film is thrilling and daring, with a good soundtrack and great performances from Nicole Kidman, Antonio Banderas (it has some really good moments) and Harris Dickinson. I think the scripts start off fairly ordinary but then get more and more interesting with a final take on sexuality and women that is truly remarkable. Halina Reijin is also a skilled director who put an incredible club scene in this film (one of the best club scenes I have ever seen in my life, it’s as if she wanted the entire audience in Venice to bring out the hidden animal inside). Also, Kidman obviously commands the whole film with a performance that I’m sure will always be remembered, the film will probably be released around Christmas time and I can say that it’s perfectly accurate 🙂
